• Simmons Farm Estate will not accept anyone under the age of 18 unless, Despite doing so in the past, we are now an adult Only Site.
• All guests MUST be registered and all fees paid at Reception upon arrival and BEFORE pitching up.
• All car registration numbers must be given to reception to help us with our security measures.
• No fires under any circumstances. You will be asked to leave immediately if a camp fire is lit, however BBQs are permitted as long as they are lifted up away from the grass and that they do not cause harm to others or damage any property.
• All Rubbish and Litter Must be Put in Black bags and taken to the correct disposal area for collection by the park wardens.
• No driving around the site after 10.30pm. If you do return after then, please park your vehicle in the car park and walk to your pitch.
• No loud music on site. Simmons Farm Estate is a quiet Motorhome and Caravan site!
• All guests are asked to be considerate to other site users at all times.
• All pitches must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless other arrangements are made beforehand.

CANCELLATION

Up to 30 days of arrival date: Full refund minus £10.00 booking fee. This only applies to bookings made directly with Simmons Farm Estate by telephone. When booking through a third party agent such as Pitchup or Booking.com please check their T&C’s.
Within 30 days of arrival date: No refund under any circumstances.

TOILETS

If at any point during your stay you are not happy with the cleanliness of these facilities, please report it to the park office or call us immediately.

REFUNDS

Sorry, no refunds will be given for early termination of stay under ANY circumstances.

CHILDREN

Please note this park does not accept children and is a quiet adult only park.

DOGS

Must be kept on leads at all times whilst on site, and exercised off-site. All fouling must be collected and disposed of. Dogs must never be left unattended on-site.

ALL BELONGINGS

All belongings are left on-site at owner’s risk.

PITCH LOCATION

We do not guarantee any specific pitches, nor do we guarantee pitches allocated together.

ELECTRICITY

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted electrical supply to the site.

WATER

We cannot guarantee the amount of water pressure or water quality on-site.
Failure to adhere to any of these conditions may result in the early termination of your stay.

INSURANCE CLAIMS

YOU are responsible for the first £2,500 of any claim made against Simmons Farm Estate, for whatever reason.

SIMMONS FARM ESTATE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:-

Refuse acceptance or terminate the visit of any person or persons for whatever reason.
Alter, postpone or cancel any facilities for reasons beyond our control.
